Fulfilment Policy

Any online reservations via Le’genda Hotel website are subject to the room availability and/or seasonal promotional packages, room rates, occupancy level or other Le’genda Hotel requirements.
Customers are advised to book online latest by 12noon for the same day of check-in.
An e-confirmation voucher via customer registered e-mail will be sent once the payment has been successfully done.
Customers are advised to check both the inbox or spam/junk folder to retrieve the e-confirmation voucher.
If customers did not receive the e-confirmation voucher, he/she shall notify Le’genda Hotel in the soonest possible via sending an e-mail to fo@legendahotel.com or call at 03 – 8925 0788 / Whatsapp to +601136799893
Customers are required to present the printed copy of the e-confirmation voucher and IC/Passport for verification during the check-in process at the Le’genda Hotel Front Counter.
