Cancellation policy is subject to the booking made. Please refer to your booking confirmation cancellation policy as stated during your booking process.
All Non-Refundable booking is subject to full payment once the booking is done. No cancellation thus refund is allowed once the payment has been made.
For Non-Refundable booking made, customer may vary the confirmed check-in date to a revised date which subject to room availability.
